For $30 a head, minimum number 6, you can have exclusive use of the space for an hour and a half, and i'll run a fun art activity too. That part usually takes up the first hour, then the last halfer is for cake/party games if you would like to bring some. See the pics below for the current options. I'm also more than happy to create something specific for your kid if they are obsessed with a particular thing. stuff you need to know
Kids events are recommended for 6yo+, and are $30 per person. You have exclusive use of the space for an hour and a half (usually enough time for painting and then cake). You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to set up.
Sunflower Studio requires a $100 deposit to secure the booking. A minimum of one weeks notice is required to cancel or post - pone a private event. If the event is cancelled with less than a weeks notice, we can move your event to a different day (one reschedule permitted and within two months of the original booking) or the deposit will be non refundable. The minimum number for private bookings is 6, maximum 16. Final numbers must be confirmed 48 hrs before the event to ensure the purchase of supplies. In the event that on the day you have less participants than booked you will still be charged for the agreed upon number. The remaining balance (minus the deposit) is due 48hrs out.
Sunflower Studio provides art class instruction and all art supplies. Food or drink is not provided unless explicitly agreed to. I have a fridge you are welcome to use. Any materials, tooIs and art supplies that incur damage due to misuse or negligence will be replaced at the cost of the customer. The Sunflower provides drop sheets and aprons to minimise the risk of paint getting on furniture and clothes. Sunflower will not be held liable for any damage to due to paint or paint water.
Ensure all your painters avoid wearing their Sunday best just in case. Please ensure your group is ready to paint at the allocated start time. If the event starts late and runs late, you may be charged for additional time
